I love this lamp it was so easy to set up very well built, they even put holes in the plastic that keep the parts scratch free to make it easy to just pull apart rather than cut it, base is really heavy so no tipping,the shades just snap on the rings the hardest part was attaching the pole to the base it would be easier with two people but not that hard for one ,the dimmer button on the pole is a nice touch it also turns it off. I have it behind my sofa and the leds bulbs make it great for older eyes to read and dimmer to watch tv. Thinking of adding one to the bedroom. I purchased the grey shades and it really is a great addition to my living room.

This lamp is awesome in person! looks just as good as it being advertised. Easily screws together each section but be mindful to line up sections to complete smooth arcs and as the directions tell you don't over tighten to allow adjustability. Large base to eliminate the possibility of falling over by being to top heavy. very modern looking by having small shades as well.

**Update- I still love the lamp but one of the bulbs is already out. I’ve had it for 4 months.I have been looking at this style of floor lamps for over a year. This one had great reviews and came with the bulbs. I love the look and the style. I gave it four stars for two reasons. The first being the directions are a joke, but if you have any remote common sense, it’s not that hard to put it together. When it boasts, the base is heavier than others like this style, believe that! The base is extremely heavy, and I did have a little bit of trouble screwing in the bolt on the bottom and keeping the pole to the lamp straight while doing it. I finally propped the base on a table on its side and it was fine. Two- it doesn’t really give off a lot of light, but I could get different “shades“ for it. I did see one of the reviews someone had glass over the bulbs and just had to get the correct hole measurements to attach the new “shade”. Overall, I really like it and I actually purchased two, one of which will be going in my office and I think it will be perfect for a space like that. That room gets a lot more light than my living room.

I love this lamp. It looks great in the corner and the light emitted is very pleasant, not harsh at all. I have had to replace one of the bulbs after using it for only a few months. But the bulbs from amazon aren’t expensive. It was easy to assemble too. It took my husband about 15 minutes to get it all together.

Ordered and they arrived in short time. I couldn’t believe all that was in a small box. I took everything out and put it on the rug in the living room and start putting it together. The instructions were easy. My only comment is I had wanted the white with the black and I got beige Shades which I may have made a mistake on. I like the way they look and I like that the dimmable.

I bought the lamp with the black shades and its beautiful. Easy to assemble and the dimmer works great. The company even gives you extra set screws and hex wrench in case any of them strip. I returned two other lamps for that reason that the wrench and or screws stripped. Buy this lamp and you will not be disappointed.UPDATE after having this lamp for 24 hours last night we noticed the bulbs, all three, were going dim and then back to the where it was set. We thought it might be the outlet but we moved it to a different outlet and it did the same thing. Don't know where the problem is in the the lamp but the problem lamp is going back to Amazon.
