Great device
Great little device that you can use with or without the elastic pull straps.See tips on YouTube for other exercises you can do, too.I've been using this over a week now every day, and I've not had any issues with the disc.

A little bit on the flimsy side, but at the time of buying was only £8, so what do you expect, that said, it has proved to be a very fun way to exercise and is still going strong after 3 months of use
