Works ok. Directions on operation was lacking

This rack simply doesn’t get hot enough. I left a towel on the warmer for six hours to see how hot it could get (after a first disappointing run), and the towel was barely warmer than the ambient temperature. It is definitely much colder than any towel rack I’ve used so far.It was easy enough to install, but definitely lacks in machining quality. Unfortunately I’ll be returning and and patching the wall..

As others have stated, the workmanship of this item is so-so. My husband was able to make it work, but if he had not been present I likely would have returned it and bought another one. That being said, it does warm my towels and will be especially nice once temperatures drop again.

A must for any bathroom ! Dries the towels very quickly, has a built-in 2/4hr timer, just perfect ! Looks very stylish too ! Dried towels can be used quite a few times, remain fresh & nice. Damp towels require very frequent washes. $$$avings!

Takes a while to heat up and does not get the towel very warm. I do like the two and four hour auto-turn off settings.

The media could not be loaded. The warmth doesn't work, the paint is very poor quality, the worst of all is that I had it installed and I had to pay for it and if I want to uninstall it to return it I have to pay again, I don't even know what to do.

Works great and doesn’t take up too much room in the small guest bath!
