Q: Is the bottle clear and does it have a dispenser top?

Q: What is the viscosity grade?

Contrary to some posters, mineral oil comes in different viscosities. This is probably 70 (as mineral oil is often measured for viscosity). I am looking for around 40 which is a "light" mineral oil. I've seen as low as 10, but only in large volume. Baby oil is also around 70, and is the most common viscosity. I'm going to go ahead and buy this as it appears to be white mineral oil (absolutely NO additives); that's what white means regarding liquid chemicals, like white gasoline. Then I will cut it with Paraffin oil (common lamp oil) to thin it out a little for my needs.

Q: Is this product made in the USA?

Our is manufactured in the USA. Raw Ingredients are sourced with purpose and care from mines in the USA.

Q: Can this be used as a metal sealant?

The labeling does not indicate it is a sealant. Typically, if some liquid is a "sealant" it would say so on the front or back of the bottle. On the front of the bottle is says "cleans, lubricates, restores and protects". On the back of the bottle it says that the oil can be used for "maintaining and perserving wood food surfaces, prevent(ing) bacterial growth, general lubrication, protecting kitchen utensils and stainless steel surfaces." Steel is one of 18 types of metal that I'm aware of, so I would not use it on metals other than steel, and I would not count on it acting like a sealant.
