My wife has genetically high cholesterol but not so high its worth taking a statin. Here LDL has hovered between 125 and 130 mg/dL for many years.The randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study cited below found Amla extract in the exact same (TRI-Low) formulation in this supplement was quite effective at reducing cholesterol (LDL 140 -> 111 mgl/dL). So we thought she should give it a try. She took two of these capsules per day for 90 days (two bottles worth) testing her cholesterol before and after.It worked!Her LDL before the experiment was 126 mg/dL and after it dropped to 116 mg/dL. That isn't as dramatic a drop as observed in the study below, but it is the lowest her LDL has been in years. Her HDL (good cholesterol) actually went up a few points, which is good too.So she's decided to continue taking it rather than consider a statin at this point. So, back in February of '22 I got the results of my annual physical. My bloodwork indicated I had an elevated lipid profile. My total cholesterol was 218, my LDL Cholesterol was 154, and my Triglycerides were 76. I began to be more vigilant of my dietary choices. I came across a discussion of a product called TriLow which had some limited clinical research (a paper published in '19). The results of the study suggested the product was effective at improving the lipid profiles of patients with hyperlipidemia. I ordered this product (which contains TriLow) about three months prior to my employee wellness screening (just recently in July). My results were the following: Total cholesterol 194, ldl cholesterol 137, and triglycerides 67. I was amazed by the new numbers. I feel this product was beneficial in the improvement of my lipids. I'm going to continue taking it and, hopefully, my numbers will continue to improve.

I first heard about this product on WebMD and decided to give it a try. Results from blood work in September showed my numbers were down by 30, and without prescription medication. There has been no side effect to date. I also feel comfortable with the product knowing that one of the product is the Indian Gooseberry which I am very familiar with and have used over time. I am also using other products from this company. I tried to reorder recently and the product was no where to be found, then it reappeared days later. I have been telling others about the products.
