Amplifier only and many issues...
First off these offer a few pre programmed settings and volume adjustments however they mostly just amplify everything and only offer 4 levels of volume control. No matter what we tried they didn't sound right and would not stay in my ears. We tried the larger cushion fins and different sized earbud tips but that didn't make a difference. Another nice feature was the streaming option, but even that has issues. They do switch seamlessly between streaming and hearing modes however they wouldn't stay connected to the phone unless you leave the audio and calls options selected in the Bluetooth settings on the phone. The issue with that is every time the phone gets a text message or makes a sound the hearing aids cut out. They're also too large. I don't care if my hearing aids are noticeable but these are huge and look like massive earbuds for music. The touch controls were much more responsive than the controls on my other jlab wireless earbuds which was good to see, but overall I can't recommend these at all even though I typically like JLab products. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

Works well
I use these every day. They do sound a little "tinny" but not too much. Good product

Not for everyone
They work okay, just the loud static and bulkyness does not fit well.

Either product was defective or it's absolute garbage
I'm quite techy and I followed the directions. After connecting the Bluetooth and placing these in my ears, I could barely hear it. I was playing songs from Spotify. I turned the volume up to full and no matter what I did, I could barely hear. I do have poor Hearing and I purchased these because of their supposed Hearing aid function. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I certainly don't think so because when I use my Apple AirPods, which I plan on returning the volume was certainly loud enough to hear. I have zero problem, understanding or hearing using either my JBL or my beats headphones. Maybe I just got a dog pair, but I'm beyond disappointed with these things. There's somewhat of the company happens to read this and wants to give me a call to set up an online meeting to fix them. That's great. Otherwise they're going back in a few days. Honestly, I'm really shocked that unbelievable disappointed.

Fantastic Hearing Aids - Easy to Use Clear Sound, and Excellent Bluetooth Functionality
I've been using these hearing aids for a white now. and I couldn't be happier with the results. They are incredibly easy to use which is a huge plus for someone like me who isn't very tech-savvy. The sound quality is crystal clear allowing me to enjoy conversations and listen to music without any issues. What really sets these hearing aids apart though, is the Bluetooth functionality. Pairing them with smartphone and other devices was seamless, and the connection is always stable. Whether I'm watching TV, listening to music, or taking calls, the audio comes through loud and clear. The rechargeable feature is a great too—l no longer have to worry about constantty changing batteries. Overall, these hearing aids have exceeded rryexpectations in every way. Highty

Amplifier not so much a hearing aid
Advertised as hearing aids but are amplifiers they amplified my own voice so much that I could not hear others. They were good only in a silent room with 1 other person. The background noise amplification was almost unbearable. Sound cut out using cell phone and music cut out from cell phone if you moved. They were moderately comfortable. I sent them back I have since purchased Jabra Enhance Select 500 hearing aids that work very good and they are small light and comfortable all day. I also own JLab Go Air Pop True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds and they are great for music and TV and just ok for cell calls as the sound gets broken.
