Surprising quality!
Didn't know what to expect here as other 80's films given the 4K treatment have been very hit and miss, however both the sound and picture here are first rate. So if you're a Prince fan and looking for the ultimate version of this iconic film, here it is!

Purple Rain 4K Bluray
I first watched Purple Rain on VHS in the mid 80's, and immeadiately rewound it and watched it again! I've owned it on every format, but i won't be buying it ever again, because this 4K Bluray is superb. The picture is stunning as is the sound. If you're a Prince fan you need to own this.
