This truly is an outstanding chair a great value and the comfort is wonderful. The service has been great and the chair delivers in a very reasonable amount of time. It was easy to put together and only took about 15 minutes. It looks absolutely terrific and I hope it lasts many years.

I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Color is subtle, I love that it's not too black, instead it’s off-black, charcoal, adds a beautiful touch to the rest of my living room furniture. Very easy to install. Very sturdy. Comfortable. Functionality is what I expected, massage options are great. Lumbar heat warms slightly, doesn’t get too hot. Size is perfect for me (tall skinny), my mum (short), and my husband (bigger)! All in all, I recommend it.

It used to be that the cost of returning a product from Amazon would be covered. Be aware that this no longer is. I am deeply disappointed. Although there is nothing wrong with the product and that it is simply not a good fit for me, after multiple attempts to return this chair, I was told I would cover the return cost, which makes it not worth it.

I have severe problems with my back that makes it difficult to sit or lie without constant pain. I have been looking for a reclineing chair that could help my comfort level. Someone suggested to me to look on Amazon. The description of this chair seemed to meet the criteria I wanted and at a very reasonable price. However, I was not sure about ordering one online in case it might not meet my comfort needs. With the 30 day return policy I decided to give it a try. To my surprise I received almost instant confirmation of my order from the seller including what to expect about shipping. The chair arrived just several days later delivered in two boxes left at our garage entrance. My husband and adult son were easily able to bring in the boxes to our family room, remove the contents and set up the chair. A few minutes later it was plugged in and ready for me to try. I was immediately impressed how soft and comfortable it felt. It took me just a few minutes to try the buttons for positioning and the controller for the other features. So far I am very pleased. I have been able to get more comfortable than I expected and am spending hours at a time in this chair.

Comfortable

I missed out before the new year on buying this chair. It is comfortable. The heat at high setting does not compare to a heating pad. The massage is a vibrate. Very simple and easy to put together. I am glad I purchased this chair.

I just had a major spinal surgery and bought this chair hoping for a comfortable, safe place to sleep. This is perfect for what I needed. The seat is wide and soft on the sides, so I don't feel constricted. The cushioning is really nice. The recline feels almost flat and has my feet high enough that it helps with the swelling from the surgery. I can safely put the chair back up by myself so I don't need help getting up, like I would if I was trying to sleep in a bed. The vibration is also really nice because you can pick which spots are vibrating. I turn off the ones by where my hardware is healing to my spine, just to be safe, and vibrate the rest, which helps me to rest. The fabric is actually much nicer than I was expecting. It doesn't have a power headrest, which I do wish it had for watching TV, but that's such a minor thing compared to the rest. It's a very soft, comfortable place to rest. If you're going to be having surgery or spending a lot of time in a chair, this one is a great choice.
