Lemon juice
This juice actually tastes like fresh, natural lemon juice, but without the hassle of buying and squeezing real lemons. Keeps fine in the fridge once opened, and is much the same price as fresh DIY lemon juice. Excellent product.

The lime is from concentrate so this listing is a bit misleading at best.

Not advertised that it has preservatives
I bought this product because I wanted lemon juice without any preservatives so I checked the product description carefully before buying it. However it does contain potassium metabisulphite, which should have been advertised. It tastes stronger than UK supermarket lemon juices (again with the said potassium metabisuplphite) so it would suite someone who likes the taste. But they should be open about the preservatives.

Sharp and fresh
Lovely real lemon juice can be used for all sorts of things where real lemon juice is needed. I put it in my tea. Very refreshing cold on a hot day

Removing the yoke
How do you get the yoke off? Doesn't come with instructions. Going to have to use my garden clippers to cut it off because scissors don't work. Not sure what the point is.
