This shade arrived well packaged, its real glass and feels like it. It has a nice weight to it. It’s lovely unlit but becomes absolutely stunning when lit. I gave a demo to each family member and each went “Wow!” when it illuminated. The understated glass panes really pop and come to life!

NOT GLASS!!!
I will have to agree with other reviews on different points-ITEM IS NOT GLASS!!!! For the price of just the shade being almost the price of the entire fixture, coupled with it is some sort of (?) acrylic, it is a big disappointment.I give it 3 stars because it is beautiful for what it is-currently. I say currently due to I installed these over my bar in my kitchen. We will see how well they hold up to cleaning and being in a kitchen environment. Only time will tell.They really should be made to adjust their listed material of the item as it is not misleading, it is blatantly untrue.

I have a Victorian lamp that needed a signature shade to make it pop. When I saw this one I knew it was what I was looking for. Way better in person than the photos. Arrived way ahead of projected time. It was meticulously packaged to ensure safe arrival. Great seller! Well done!
