Great little nature kit for a gift for kids to get the outside. The set is fully self sufficient and I like the way the torch is hand powered and you don’t need to buy extra batteries. Perfect kit for exploring outside

The compass broke instantly. The whistle is amazing and we still use it on big trips, it has a little ball in it so I can actually hear where my daughter is going. The flashlight was a huge hit, it was like a loud figget toy during the day. The binoculars could have been better(but I get what I pay for and that's on me). We had a blast looking at bugs! Everything looked cute, and was easy to use. My 6 year old was able to use everything except her compass (cause it broke), and her backpack (cause it was to big).4/5 I recommend getting this for the first camping trip cause my daughter had a blast with it, and the packageing made it even more fun.(Ps. I was planning on getting the similar kit to this with like a net and a bug holder, but my daughter is terrified of bugs, getting this actually made her enjoy looking at them, with not having to handle them)

Our 2 yr old granddaughter loves this item. She used the binoculars during a hospital stay to look out the window and loves watching the squirrels anywhere. What kid doesn't like their own flashlight?!!

Purchased this for my niece birthday. She loved it. She loves being outside. Now is asking questions with the items in the kit.

We got this adventure set to cajole our children to go outside and play. It worked and they have had a pretty good time with the set so far. The binoculars pouch folds a bit strangely, like the flap is too large and has to fold down in order for the velcro to meet up. It is nice that it has a belt loop though. Each item is basically just plastic and average quality. The kids have said that the compass isn’t very accurate compared to the compass in our car. The binocular lanyard came apart the first day but was easy enough to fix. It was nice to have a hand crank (really hand-grip) manual flash light for emergencies. The drawstring bag has held up fine so far. Overall, not a bad set for the price.
