Works perfectly
60% cheaper than the OEM power supply and does exactly the same job. Would be good if the cable was just a little longer as the power supply is not quite on the floor when my Korg is used as an upper keyboard. An extra 9" would do it. However this is not a big deal at all and at this price I'm very happy.

OK it works, but it's not an exact drop-in replacement
I got this as a spare for my Korg Krome (first edition, not one of the later "EX" models, IDK if that matters), so I can use the original Korg PSU when I'm out gigging and have this one at home for rehearsals - or if the Korg one ever fails, I have a backup.(Now some foreshadowing...) I have two columnar keyboard stands for 'home' (rehearse) & 'away' (gig) with all the wiring neatly running up the insides - including an AC flex for the Krome brick to plug into - both flexes end in an IEC C13 connector (aka "Kettle Lead" plug here in the UK!) which fits into the C14 inlet on the Korg brick as intended. One of these AC flexes is the original that came with the Korg brick.Good news: Electrically this PSU works flawlessly. The DC connector fits perfectly, and it powers the Krome as it should.Bad news: What the photos on the Amazon website *don't* show is that the AC inlet on the end of the brick is a different shape to the original - it's a trefoil-shaped C6 inlet that matches the C5 connector on the AC flex (which to be fair is supplied - but see later, re: length). You can see the difference in my first two photos.So, you can't mix & match old/new bricks/flexes! The existing kettle-lead plugs on my wired-in AC flexes don't fit the trefoil-shaped inlet on the new brick. Now I have to gaffer-tape the matching AC flex to the outside of the stand - and this just looks fugly.The other issue is that both the new AC flex and the DC wire coming out of the new brick are shorter than the original Korg PSU. This compromises the positioning of the brick, or the run out to the mains socket, in my case potentially leaving it dangling mid-air. Somewhat sub-optimal situation... :-(In the last two photos, the top one is the original Korg cable, the bottom one is the new one. For comparison, note how many times I folded the cables to fit the photo.* The DC wire on the original Korg one is about 1.5 times as long (180cm vs 114cm).* The AC flex on the original Korg one is about twice as long (244cm vs 118cm).Don't get me wrong, for many people this is not a problem. It just isn't a perfect fit for my unique set of circumstances. YMMV as they say - but also, knowledge is power :-)

Product is well built and works perfectly with my Korg Electribe machine. Third of the price of the original product but does it's job as it supposed to. Good value for money
