This is very high-quality ramen compared to other brands but note that it is spicy. The first few bites will get your attention, but you will become accustomed to it quickly after that. I use slightly more water than they recommend and also add a couple of eggs during the last two minutes of cooking time to tone down the spices a bit. It is very good.

So yummy and lots of depth of flavor. Spicier than expected but not in a bad way
