I had to replace my fitbit after a year. Bought this watch because of its features and will not buy another brand now! Customer service messaged me after I bought it with useful tips and tricks. I had a few questions and they answered back fast and was so helpful! The watch it's self is amazing the wake screen when you look at it actually looks but doesn't turn on randomly. So Many features I love the BP, heart bear, and oxygen features the most and best is you can run the at the same time through the app! And it's all very accurate. The app is easy to work with not complicated at all! Bought new bands cause I don't like silicone ones (band width is 22mm). But the band it does come with is actually very nice! The apricot color I would say is a kinda rose gold on the watch its beautiful. And durability so far has been really good! I was worried about the knob but it doesn't randomly get pushed! Overall a great watch for a great price and definitely recommend especially over fitbits! I bought screen protectors for it and bands very easily once customer service told me it was 22mm!

I have gone through about half a dozen of the v19 versions which had short battery lif and straps that would continually break. This has a battery life that lasts longer than a week and the strapcan be replaced with a regular watch strap. There are a few things that need to be attended to bu nothing serious. The sleep monitor is not as good as the v19 the blood pressure and puls rate are excellent. The O2 does not record any historical data. The stress monitor does nothing. Apart from those few things it works well and serves it's pupose. I look forward to software updates that will fix the few problems

Loved the watch when I first got it. I tend to go for long walks and jogs hoping to monitor my steps and heart rate. After the first week, some features completely stop working. Did a watch reset and that help a bit. Fast forward two weeks, black screen. Doesn't turn on, its sync to my phone and I have the app. The physical watch just isn't quality.—-Received a new watch from the seller. It has been working perfectly fine. I've had this one a few weeks and I love it.Thanks

This is my 3rd one of these devices. I just want a step-counter. This does a whole lot more than I'll use it for BUT, that being said, I do appreciate the heart monitor and may even try out some of the other features. It's a lovely thing. I bought the rose gold - very stylish, comfortable to wear and every feature I've used has been accurate. I'm glad the bands are replaceable - last one I had had a really clunky band that never quite seated right. Nice display. Great price!! Very, very happy with this purchase.

Barely four months in and the battery life has dropped from 10 days to barely 3. The battery % indicator says 60-70% and the device just shuts off. This is using a bare minimum of features. As in text and call alerts only. I don't use any of the other tracking or sync.Additional problems:It doesn't capture multimedia texts, so no idea when someone sends a pictureIt doesn't capture group texts, only individual messagesIt continually (multiple times per week) disconnects from being paired with my phoneIt defaults to being the microphone and speaker for everything. This isn't Dick TracyI got this as a prototype "do I want a smart watch" and the answer is a resounding No

I used to use a FitBit, however, it wasn't keeping correct track of my health. I love the dial and the different designs you can use! It seems to be correctly keeping track of my health. It has a large dial, makes it easier for me to read! I am loving this watch! Only thing I would add is a way to keep track of the water I drink daily. However it will not change the way I view this watch! It is wonderful to use! Thank you.

My daughter loves this watch, simple to use and all the features that she is looking for. A Great low cost activity tracker!I give the lower review because after 3 months, the spring on the watch band has broken, and here we sit having to order a new band. Standard daily wear to school, taken off for sports practice.

Great watch for the price. All the features for $48 pretty darn good. Even if a person finds accuracy questionable, it still gives a benchmark when your numbers change. Customer support not only sent me detailed email but included pics when I had to pair it with new phone when old phone not readable to unpair months later. Def worth it
