Are the dolls made by individual artists?

No. These are just a higher end “toy” doll. My kids love them but they are not realistic like a true reborn.

Is it all cillcone and can take a bath

I’m not sure if it is actual silicone but it is full body not cloth body, however it is very soft. My daughter initially bathed it but, we found out it is not ok to submerge her body because the water gets inside. I had to “perform surgery” on her to get all the water out. My daughter now lightly baths her in water for play. She is an absolutely beautiful doll. She is worth the money compared to other dolls. My daughter loves her.
