Bad quality, bad shipping and packaging
Horrible! Order came with leakage, ordered replacements and same happened. Also, didn't smell like Palo Santo. Very disappointed the color of the water wasn't even the same as a bottle I received for Xmas. Will never order from soul sticks again.

I'm satisfied with the product, but the advertisement pictures are somewhat misleading regarding the quantity. If you don't scroll to the bottom description, you might think you're getting two bottles. The Florida Water is advertised the same way, but you do receive two bottles with that product.I little clarity about the quantity in your advertising would be appreciated.

Ingredients aren’t what they say they are
This product is presented as a more natural and safe cleansing water. There is obviously a dye in it as soon as you open it, it goes from clear to yellow. And it’s very perfume smelling which I was trying to stay away from due to my chemical sensitivities. I needed something to cleanse a mirror. Not too happy with quality of product And the way that this is advertised.
