Sweet and healthy
It is actually the perfect level of sweet. I used it during my elimination diet. I loved that I could have the best of both worlds. Sweet freedom syrup is the way to go!

Good alternative to honey or Pancake syrup
I love how sweet it is and that the sugar comes from just fruit sugars and no added sugar. Great on pancakes and oatmeal

Good substitute for cornstarch
If you don't want to use corn starch, this is a nice substitute.
