Q: How wide is the knife and what is the width of the fork?

It was a gift and it’s been awhile since I’ve laid eyes on them ,but I would guess about 1 3/8 to 1 1 3/4 an inch.

Q: Is there a case that works for this?

I use them in the block. You can purchase a Chefs Roll also. I am a Professional Chef, do not hesitate to purchase.

Q: What is the hardness rating on the blade?

Very good, one of the best made 440 Carbon I believe.
