very small jar but entirely worth it for the experience. Really delicious!

This was the first time any of us had tried onion jam, and most of us were pleasantly surprised! It's definitely sweet. I didn't taste much in terms of the raisin, just a sweet onion. We put ours on burgers, and while initially a little odd to wrap our minds around a sweet jam on a burger, it seemed to heighten the flavor up a notch. I like it!

Almost the same as the one I had in Naples Italy.

I didn’t like the taste and the raisins made it even worse… usually I love anything from Italy.

This is a very nice versatile spread for a charcuterie tray as it would pair well with many things; bread, cheeses and meats. The overwhelming taste on this spread is a very sweet sugary taste with more of an afterthought of onion and some vinegary finish.. I do not taste any heat in this as some others have commented but the flavor is quite appealing to me as a spread on Crostini and pairs well with many aged cheeses.

I've never had onion jam before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm thrilled with how tasty this jam is. It is definitely sweet, like you'd expect from a jam, but the vinegar cuts through the sweetness just a bit. The flavor of the red onion is strong and very good. I've been eating this on crackers, but it would also go well on vegetables or on a sandwich. The texture is very smooth, and it looks good too. All in all, it's a very nice product that I definitely want to try again.

The jam reminds me of sweet fruit preserves. It is sweet and easy to spread on your bread as any fruit jam. I feel only a light aftertaste of onion and no other distinct flavors. To me, it is too sweet to use with meats, but it goes well with any crackers.

This was my first time trying anything like this but it was a pleasant surprise. There is a nice balance of sweetness and sour from the vinegar. I'm excited to try this on more dishes in the future but so far I've had it on bread and vegetables and it adds a new flavor profile unlike anything I've ever tried. It has a very smooth texture and comes packaged beautifully.
