The customer support team let me know about it, helped me order the ones from the right collection, and shipped back the mismatching furniture I ordered at no cost to me.On top of that, they surprised me with an extra free matching table, which costs over a hundred dollars on Amazon, totally for free. We own 4 chairs that match this seat. We love everything about them. So I didn't hesitate at all in buying this love seat.It was so much easier than assembling the chairs. It took me about 30-45 min. The instructions were pretty clear. I wish they would throw in a few extra washers. There are always some that are damaged. The hole alignments were good and everything fit together perfectly.The quality of the seat is great. It's very sturdy. But, (there's always a but), the glider motion is not smooth at all. It doesn't go back very far and going forward you are suddenly slammed to a halt after a very short distance. Not very relaxing unless you keep your forward and back movements short.In general the seat is comfortable. But due to the design of the seat support webbing the cushions do not sit well. If you look at my photo you will see the right side has 6 support straps and the left only 5. The large gap on the left allows the cushion to become pushed inside the front of the frame. Also, while the cushions are thick they do not have as much support as my chairs.I can't decide if I would recommend this seat. It's not bad but could use some design modifications. Also. Be aware that if left in the sun, these cushions will fade quickly to a pale blue.

This was pretty easy to put together and matched perfectly with the rocker set. The bolts are made of a very soft metal - I found it really helpful to use a socket bit vs an Allen bit because they strip VERY EASILY. Overall, lovely and comfortable.

Sturdy

Wanted the wicker look. Had real rattan chairs before, but after years of use, Needed to replace them. Went with chairs that are easier to maintain and smaller for our space (not as bulky). They arrived with no damage and fit perfectly in our space. The cushions are also easy to replace if needed. They get a lot of use, and are holding up well.

Functional and not a bad sit. Priced right.

This is the perfect little glider loveseat for our porch. My husband and I sit out every morning drinking our coffee. Of course we end the day out there too! It's a great size for limited space, and combined with the two armchairs we also ordered, there's plenty of seating. It seems to be well made, I hope it lasts a long time!
