Amazon customer support is awesome
Computer would not load windows. Did a hard reset to get windows to load but any restart caused the same problem. Diagnostic run said to update BIOS. Would not let me update BIOS. A brand new computer should not have a corrupted BIOS. Good news is Amazon is picking it up and giving me a refund. I’m sure this was just a bad build because I’ve never had any problems with an HP product. Bought a different Omen and it worked exactly as it should. I will say that it’s a pretty machine and was very quiet even when the fan kicked on during the diagnostic test.

ordered direct from amazon during sale, no issues so far
arrived a day early, and it was a simple plug in and turn on for me. only bummer is the low 16gb of ram, but its not too expensive to upgrade if you keep an eye out for frequent sales. cant beat this pre built for the sale i got it for and i trust hp they have always been good to me so far.

Best pc ever
The media could not be loaded. This computer is the best I have ever owned. The setup process was straightforward and took approximately 25 minutes to complete, after which several updates were required, including GPU drivers and applications. Once all updates were installed, the system operated smoothly. The gaming performance is excellent its very fast, and the overall appearance of the system is aesthetically pleasing. Considering the current discount, this system represents good value for money.
