I have used black seed oil in the past to help build my immune system. This is a easy to use dropper. I don't have any proof that it works but it seems to do well. I like that the small glass bottle is easy to store and use when needed.

Tried the under the tongue for faster absorption, not a good taste. I had to add the subsequent drops in my hot tea to get past the taste. Does this help me, I don't know. Is it convenient, yes. The bottle is small and can fit in your bathroom or kitchen cabinet with ease. I will finish this bottle and see if I notice any difference.
