Definitely nonstick.
It lives up to its nonstick claim. It washes up easily. We've enjoyed using it.

No cooking spray needed
I love this pan! I was trying to make crêpes in a different pan and half the time they didn’t turn out. This pan is magic! My kids gobble them up with various fillings of Nutella, bananas, strawberries, bananas, whipped cream. Yum! The best thing is you do not need any cooking spray. They release perfectly from this pan!

Jajajajjajajaja en mi caso es algo que necesitaba y pues aquí seguimos usandolo
Como les explico ósea si pero no me gustó…Primero comenzaré porque si me gustó..eh probado muchos cómales y se quiebran con el calor o se pandean.. y este ha aguantado y también me gusta que las comidas no se le queda. Pegadas mucho es fácil de lavarlo..Pero no me gusta mucho pues su color desde el primer uso se le notó que se le fue quitando al momento de lavarlo.. y como ven así está y no fue hace mucho que lo compré..Entonces en fin yo me entiendo..

Very Poor quality pan
First used to toast bread. There is a permanent stain in the shape of the slices of sourdough. I didn’t burn the toast. It was like I took magic markers and outlined the slices , I have used just about every stain remover on the market! Do not waste your time with this pan if you like ceramic that is high quality.
