Here's my review after 1 month (322 miles)
I am rating this bike 5 stars GIVEN: the price & how it's held up (so far).USE: I bought this bike in April to use as a utility cargo bike (for shopping and so forth), I attached two Costco tough boxes (to the front and back), each container can hold about 4 to 6 grocery bags worth of stuff. Point is it can haul a lot. And to the bikes credit I've overloaded it with 400 pounds and it held fine.BATTERY: I live in West Seattle, it's VERY HILLY here, I get about 25 miles on a full battery(although I've never completely drained it). This is done by using pedal assist level one (10 mph), coasting down hills, and regularly shifting the gears. I have tested out only using max pedal assist (level 5) and I can get about 10 miles (again: the hills).THROTTLE: The throttle matches whatever the pedal assist level is set to, so at level one it'll go about 8-10 MPH, and at level five it'll go about 20mph. It has some sort of automated limiter, so if you're holding the break or going backwards or really wrench the throttle it won't go forward (you'll see a symbol on the screen that looks like this: ("!") whenever it kicks in).LOOKS: I have had more then a few people ask me about the bike, mostly older men (although some women), people seem to like how it looks. I think it looks good but I'm more concerned with practicality.TIRES: Although the wider tires do seem to make cornering on gravely/sandy areas a little easier, it doesn't seem to make much difference from other e-bikes I've had. That said, it was easy to take apart; as I got a flat tire (ran over a rusty nail), and getting the wheel off, the inner tube patched, and putting it back on took less then 10 minutes.QUALITY: The workmanship is more or less good. I have probably slammed into 200 pot-holes and there have been no problems, a car even backed into the bike while I was inside an Azteca and it still holds up fine.RIDING: I have fun riding it as I like being able to haul a bunch of stuff and explore the city at my own pace, the issues is the lack of shocks can make it a bone-shaker if you go over 12 MPH or so. Also the seat kept going down every time I hit a bump so I had to really crank the latch down which required me using a hammer to push the latch back in.BREAKS: the break shoes it comes with wear out fast (again I live in area with hills) but otherwise they worked fine.LIGHTS: the light are okay, they're enough on a forest trail to go about 7MPH and not hit something.HORN: Horn works great, the problem is I kept hitting the button by accident so I turn the control panel upside down so it wouldn't happen again.SEAT: it's ok, my butt starts hurting after a full day of riding but that's to be expected.KEYS: one nit pick I have is that the key stays in the battery when it's on. I wish this wasn't the case (although it's not a deal breaker for me). The manual says the key comes out when it's on but it doesn't, so obviously they changed battery designs without changing the manual. Before I bought the bike I read all the reviews on the bike (on various sellers pages), so I want to address some of the common criticism I found to be inaccurate:1)"it's too hard to put together". This doesn't make sense because it's very easy to put together (I did it without instructions) all it is is: put on the wheels, put on the handle bars & seat, attach the racks, that's it.2)"the wheel/racks/lights/etc fell off". This seems to boil down to either: someone who didn't apply enough physical strength when bolting things down or someone not doing routine maintenance (bolts can vibrate lose). If you apply enough force and do checks/maintenance you'll probably not have these.3)"it just stopped working after ___ number of days/weeks". I think this boils down to draining the battery 100% multiple times. I've done this on e-bikes in the past and killed the battery.

Best cargo electric commuter ever.
This is the third electric bike our family has purchased, and our second isinwheel.I LOVE this bike! I've completely replaced 90% if my in-town transportation needs. I acquired it to use as a commuter a cargo bike, so im riding it daily, getting groceries, running to the hardware store, and attending appointments. The integrated back rack is STURDY and after mounting a child seat, my 5 year old is begging to ride everyday. This bike is powerful enough to haul me, with a kid on the back, all while towing a cargo trailer full of groceries. My only (albeit very miniscule) complaint(s) is the fact that the front and rear baskets came shipped separately, so I had to wait a little longer than I expected to install the front basket. When the baskets came in, I was sent two rear baskets, which in another universe would be a complaint, however the larger rear basket fits on the front fork rack, and in my case is just an added value benefit - more cargo room for me!With a 5-speed throttle and pedal assist, a handle throttle, and 7 gears, I can cruise along at 20mph easily and comfortably.Love this bike, and will be looking at getting a third isinwheel for older kiddo. These bikes are awesome. Take this as your sign to get an isinwheel.

Ridden once. Very Happy, updated at 130 miles. And 1 month, 3rd update
Okay, I got this due to the price and that is a cargo bike that comes with racks. But, I think it is a $1000 bike as far as value.Cons so far... Pedals did not turn easily, but are very nice metal so I used them.PAS is 1 to 5, I was expecting 1 to 3... but, 1 to 3 makes you work. 4 and 5 are fast and easy. Not sure what kind of senor, but PAS does not kick in right away, so I use the throttle to start more than I figured. And the throttle. I said to myself I would not use it often, yet, I used and loved it.I live in Greenville SC near Falls Park. There is a paved world famous bicycle trail, Swamp Rabbit, that goes passed the cemetery where my parents, family and best friend are resting. I wanted a bicycle to take me there, today the U7 did.Using mostly 4 and 5 PAS, throttle... And surprisingly it has cruise control too.And I never got over 20 MPH but never ghost peddled when I was in 7th or 6th gear.I got 23 miles on a fully charged battery and tires at 23PSI. But there were few times I was under 19 MPH.You can still pedal in cruise control at 19 MPH and be helping turn the back wheel. It looks like the front chainring is like 52 teeth or bigger... Good.Happy after one ride. I will continue to review this U7 on YouTube.A very good value, I love mine. Thank you Isinwheel. My reviews will be on The Swamp Rabbit Trail and posted on YouTube.Update at 130 miles. So far I still love my bike. Just got a suspension seat post, big visor for sun, etc. And a spare battery. One thing for me, the bike runs down before I do. So just ordered a spare battery to be delivered June 14 to 20th.This is big, and cost me big. I was wanting to lose some pounds any way, buying a spare battery is a fun way.(I'm a senior on a fixed income that runs out way before I do)But I love this bicycle and want to go 30 or more miles care free. I think as of now, I get about 23 miles on a full battery the way I ride.I still see this as a great value. Get a spare battery, because you'll enjoy riding it.Thank you, Isinwheel.Fate Man rides a black bike. Isinwheel U7, $499. Greenville SCIs my review video. And so far, 5 stars.Update 3, one month, 300 miles update.I love my bicycle and everyone who sees it loves it. No fails yet. It does not have suspension, been a stiff ride even with a suspension seat post... I ran the 20 x 3 inch tires at 25 PSI cause it said 30 PSI max...Tonight I rode it at 21 PSI and the ride was greatly improved.I might try 16 or so next ride.I love it so much I have ridden it twice in one day. I used to ride every other day for health and pleasure, now I ride every day and losing weight.Thank you, Isinwheel, for an Affordable bicycle I could get and love.As far as bumps, I ride at 17 to 20 MPH in cruise but peddling even at 20 MPH, at 12 or 14 MPH, pedal assist 3, or below, bumps are a lot less.Knowing that, and what you get, it is a very good deal. I'll update if things go wrong, but so far, great bike.

I really like the bike and the company is very cooperative with any concerns.
We had a little trouble with the throttle and the company sent another part to us; they were very helpful with my concerns. The computer and the key work a little differently than the book instructions, but the bike is really nice and fits me great, where I can touch the ground easily.
