If your looking for a keyless entry, this is the one to buy
Very well made and looks really good. Well worth the money. Seems to be built to last. Very easy to add to door, a few tools and an hour, you're done and downloaded. Been using for more then 3 months, multiple users and codes, had worked flawlessly.

Great customer service and great lock!
This door and handle and lock works great with many options for accessing. It was easy to install where previous handle was installed. After discovering a mechanical issue with the key lock I contacted customer service and Chelsea took immediate and prompt action to resolve the issue, arranging to have a new lock sent out. She followed up and ensured all worked as expected. I’m impressed with the door quality and even more impressed with the customer service!!

Factory default Passcode may not work.
This productions require connecting the interior of the lock portion with the exterior via screws in the door.(Not true for all locks). It became problematic bc I connected the 2 units via the cable & then lacked room to DISCONNECT cable.Installing the door handle - easy peasy.The lock more difficult due to missed step & door is metal.Had a problem resetting the lock using the manufacturers code tried several.times, ended.up calling Tech support.The called back in less than an hour, the tech support rep was very helpful & walked me thru pairing the lock w the app, establishing a new pass code, coding the fpbs, etc.In less than 20 min. Very patient & helpful.

Easy to install. Works as expected. The instructions were so, so. If you want to connect remotely you will need a gateway.

Lock works as it should. Installation was simple.Had to change pass code after 3 months.. had difficulty doing this task..Aaron in customer service walked me thru it..Great productI plan on buying more locks

Electronic handle works great.
I recently purchased this electronic door handle. The installation was straightforward and the handle works well. Customer service was great in helping figure out some minor issues and programming.

Decent Aesthetic - Borderline Useless “Smart” Functionality
The only reason I haven’t returned the product is because I had to drill a large hole in my door to install it.First two simple problems - the door will “deploy” the deadbolt when the door is fully ajar, leading to accidental door jam damage.No way to lock the door on your way out aside from the physical key.The product itself is misleading, it says it has “app unlock” and is “smart home capable” with Google Home and Alexa. However, you have to be within 2 meters (~6 feet) of the handle for the app unlock to work. And even then, best case scenario it takes 30 seconds to unlock. Commonly, it times out and you have to try again (it’s quicker to just unlock the door manually at that point).You’d think the app would show the current status of the lock (locked or unlocked), it does not. And it takes a long time for the app to load that information.After I finally installed and paired with the app I kept trying to lock/unlock the door via Google Home and Alexa and it’d pair but just wouldn’t work. Then I found out I had to buy a hub to be able to use smart home functionality. I installed the hub within 3 feet of the handle and while it has worked, it is not reliable whatsoever.
