Having lived in very dry climates, I have been using lubricant eye drops for years. With age, and a visit to my ophthalmologist, it turns out that I now do have "dry eye," which means I NEED to lubricate my eyes several times a day. "Refresh Tears" lubricating eye drops work very well. I carry one of these small containers with me wherever I go. There is one in my day-pack and one in my small purse. Easy to have available in a pocket, too. Recommended.

I find this better suited for me than Systane. It has a closer to a natural tear.feeling in the eye while giving the moiaturizing effect I need. Systane, for me, gives me a feeling of being less natural because of it higher viscosity. (I however still keep a stock of Systane.) And, oh, I tried Refresh because the doctor attending to me uses it. Well, worth the peek into his shirt pocket. If you are using Systane, I would, like I did, keeping both in stock until you finally decide if you can do with only one of the two. Their approaches to eye moisture are different and Inseenthe need for both approaches given my dry eye condition. It is also cheaper.

I love these drops. I have had cataract surgery in both eyes and need some help with dry eyes. My doctor prescribed these drop and they work so well. Makes my eyes feel like silk. If I buy local in the Dominican Republic, the tiny bottle is $10 US so getting this box of five bottles was an incredible price. I will definitely order them again.

I have sensitive dry eyes and was having problems with keeping them moist. My optometrist recommended these to me 5 years ago and I've never looked back nor tried other brands. The Refresh Tears are a bit more expensive than other brands, but since they don't burn when I use them and I don't have to use them every 30 minutes, I'm a very happy customer. I've recommended them to family members and friends when they complained about dry eyes.

These refresh drops are excellent for dry eyes. Retail price is very high so this is a good deal.

I have a rare eye cancer and need to use these eye drops several times a day to keep my eyes fluid. I get a cancer injection every 8 weeks and these drops really help. Have been using them for over 5 years.
