Can I use it in salads? Like dried cranberries

I buy these, and I wouldn't want in my salad. Taste one. Tastes like a strong perfume. I make syrup out of them and add to my drinks.

Where are they sourced from?

The package has no information on it. However it did have an expiration date on it which gave me only 6 mos. to use it.

Can I go without rinsing

Probably but I think you should anyway. I just run it in my tea mesh under the faucet right before i put it in my cup with hot water.

Do these contain sulfites?

The package doesn't list any ingredients, so I have to assume there's nothing but the schisandra berries
