Seems like a good product, I’ve only had it for a few days. Hauled water trailer fine. The Allen wrench that comes with the hitch is to small. Not a problem if you have different sizes around.

I purchased for my new car. Previous one I had were inly 5000 lb rating and needed a new one with 10k lbs rating.

In the past I have always used ball hitches that were welded on because of issues of the bolt on type coming loose. I was skeptical of this one but it looked rugged enough and seemed to be USA made. Sure enough within 50 miles the two inch ball came unscrewed and I almost lost my 16 ft cargo trailer. It appears that the set screw that was supposed to lock everything together was never installed. It was not in the box and there was no allen wrench. If the set screw had been installed there should have been indications in the threads but the threads were clean albeit rusty. I have contacted Rhino but they have yet to respond.Update: I filed a warranty claim and sent pictures. After two weeks they sent me another hitch. When I took it out of the box it rattled and then I noticed this one didn't have a set screw either and it was already 1 1/2 turns loose. In the meantime I had to buy another one (from a different company) because I use my trailer several times a week. So now I have three and can only use one of them. Poor quality control. Can't even put in a simple small set screw.

Needs to include a better solution to lock in the balls, the set screw cones loose and that can be very dangerous while towing.

well made worth the money

This is perfect for having two options of ball sizes for a trailer. The fact it comes with a locking pin is huge. Love rhino products
