Ok / 1 issue
Ok piece of kit for the money. The one issue I have found is the resistance bands are far too long to attach to the push up board you need to be about 8ft tall for them to work with that no instructions to attach to the board. I have to attach the bands to a door with anchor supplied which is not really what I wanted !!!

Too many bits to contemplate
This kit is very over whelming I don’t think I’d recommend I don’t even know where to start to begin assembly.
