Finally a digital picture frame that you can see!
Digital picture frames are back and boy are they better than ever. Long gone are the days you had to download the photos to a SD card and than manually load them and orient them in the frame. Thats all done through an app on your phone now. However you can still upload pictures via sd card if you wish which works without any user intervention. It even auto-orients them!!! Without any ado let me roll out some pros/consPros:-Biggest affordable digital picture frame hands down-App is easy to use and upload photos seemlessly-Setup was a breeze-Customer service is awesome (surprising from a overseas company!)-Ive got 27 thousand pics loaded on mine and plan to load about 20-40k more-BIG clear picture from any angle. Whether youre looking at it from straight up or 90 degree its clear and crisp (a very underappreciated feature as a lot of digital frame can only be seem straight on)-Much more affordable than the large name brand frames that are 1k+-Incredibly simple easy to use wall mount, why all frames dont have this is beyond me. Stupidly easy and simple!Cons:-Short cord. The ac adapter cord is short. Now I ran mine through a wall and extended the cable, but most people are not going to be that technical about it.So the customer service issue I had was more than likely my fault and I beleive I may have bricked my frame. However spoke with their CS and he was incredibly helpful. Included step by step video and PDF on what exactly to do. As the software I was using was in chinese I dont know if I would have been able to figure it out without his assistance. Regardless the software brought mine back from the dead quickly and it works great. All in all this is the begin all end all digital frame. This isnt the one you stick on your desk in your office or in some random corner of the bedroom. NO! This one goes front a center in your hallway, living room, etc. I could watch mine for hours and still be amused at old pictures I hadnt seen in years. Truly things like these are a great way to relive memories at random times and bring a smile to you and everyone elses face. How many times this has brought me down memory lane and made me relive a happy moment is priceless!

Great display, but can't access external storage if VESA mounted.
Display is fantastic, so if just want for photos and only using the internal storage, it's great.Problems:Even small MP4 videos that work fine, even on older digital frames do not work well at all, and can't do a slideshow with video. Only photos. Also, the VESA mount is in the way, so can't unplug or access the micro sd , or USB. This is a VERY silly design decision. If weren't for the problems listed, I would have kept it. HUGE let down.

Works great
This is a big frame. It's like a mini TV. After I got things mostly figured out, I love it. I still have to work with it to get the pictures to show right (horizontal/vertical). No matter what setting I put it on, some of the pictures are turned sideways. It takes the remote to get it initially set up, but it works well on its own after that. At first, the pictures were only showing in the corner, with other things showing, like an alarm clock and all. I was getting frustrated trying to figure out how to just get the pictures to show. I got online to see if I could find instructions, but in the process of that, it went to picture mode on its own. I don't like putting pictures all through my house, but I do love my family. This is the perfect way to see lots of pictures of them without having them covering my house. (I have a smaller digital frame for art pictures.) While there are ways to do the pictures using wifi, I only use the frame with a micro SD card. It's worked well with that method. One complaint I have is that it doesn't come with a way to just set it on a dresser. Unless it's propped up somehow, it can only be hung on the wall. Since it has a power cord, the cord hangs down and it doesn't look good. We're trying to work out a way make it work, though. Overall, I'm super happy with it.

I didn't listen to other reviews
I didn't listen to other reviews that this product would stop working. I thought it was just a rare occurrence and wouldn't happen to me and I liked the frame and size for over our fireplace. Well, after about 30 days and just outside the window of return it stopped working. It will power up and the logo is there but then it goes black. If there is something I'm not doing right, I haven't found the solution. Its too bad! So be wary, that it may konk out after just a few weeks of use.

Outdated software, no means to change animations and lacks options.
I don’t love it. This seems overpriced for what you get. For the price, I was expecting it to look more like a photo frame but instead, it kinda feels like an old monitor. My goal was to hang it on the wall during art shows with process videos playing. It will work OK for that but I’m disappointed that unless the video is in the exact proportion of the frame, it will always look a little “off” and there’s no means of changing how it’s framed in the display.I think it’s at its best without the clock or any other additions. The pros: It really does work right out of the box. It only took minutes to get photos onto it. The big screen is nice, I can see details in my photos. It is also bright with vivid colors. I like that it is flat which is why it performs better than an average monitor as a picture frame. The simple black frame doesn’t detract from its appearance. I like that there is an app and my husband and I were able to add photos, and I also like that there is a way to add photos via card in case software changes make the app obsolete. With the app, I was able to get videos onto it in minutes. I also like that it has a large amount of storage space and the means to expand it..The cons: It is slow. I didn’t love the way the photos are displayed. I also hate the default animations because they are a bit cheesy. I want it to fade or some other non-intrusive way to change photos, and there is no means to edit it. The features are incredibly barebones. I hate that the default includes the time etc, I just want it to look like a photo frame! The audio is a bit tinny, much more so than a television etc. I also find it bizarre in 2023 to have an item that warns that it can destroy a USB if it’s removed without turning it off first…that seems like such an old-school problem!I wish the plug was white because the black looks bad against the wall, and I prefer a minimalist look. For the price, I feel like this could be better. There are just so few options for customizing the display.
