Very good, quite easy to fit (removing the old tap was a pain.... but that's a different problem!) The whole thing was a little taller than I expected, but not a problem.One confusing thing though, in the box was a small blue plastic key, no mention of this in the instructions, I had no idea what it was for. Several hours after installing the tap, I realised that the key fits into the mesh filter on the end of the tap, I assume it's so the filter can be removed for cleaning/replacement.

I got a plumber to fit as it was more difficult than expected but it seems very good quality and has been working well for over 2 months. Looks good in the kitchen.

Simple to fit.Very well packaged.Been in use now within a domestic kitchen without problems for 3 weeks. Surprisingly good quality for the price.Powerful jets / flow from the button options on the pull out faucet

I love this tap. The mechanism works wonderfully and has been a game changer at washing up with varying speeds and ability to bring the hose out. It's aesthetically pleasing too. I managed to install this myself and I'm very much a novice in a DIY aspects. Highly recommend

Shame as the tap looks great and the features work well. However, water pressure out of hot side is non-existent compared to cold side. Not a problem with the pipes or anything like that as we connected to garden hose direct from pipe and pressure was absolutely fine from the hot pipe. Unfortunately need hot water to wash dishes etc and doing it on no water pressure is a pain. No way of contacting the manufacturer either for a solution, email address provided with instructions is not valid. Will have to return and find a replacement. Won’t allow me to upload video
