Had thought that I'd have to find a professional to fix my clock after it stopped working. However, my son advised me to buy this and he fitted it.Result - clock working perfectly once more. Great value for money!

Simple replacement for pendulum clock that had seized. needed a couple of washers to adjust but very good.

Ordered a 20mm shaft, that turned out to be too short.So ordered a 25mm shaft. When that arrived, it was exactly the same as the 20mm.So I peeled off the rubber washer, mounted the clock mechanism directly onto the frame, and that gave enough length for it to work, just.Hands are 2 to 3mm closer to clock face than previously, but work OK without catching.Keep good time.Sent the second order back, it cost £3.00 more than the first, recorded delivery.Two weeks later and no refund, so did a direct claim to Amazon, who processed it in minutes.Cash should be back on card in a few days.

This was perfect ! Had tried another kit which hadn't worked with my clock - this was great ! Very clear instructions, and clock looks brand new - so pleased ! Thanks !
