Unless you have an Asian market in your area, nearly impossible to find this product. I use it in my homemade kimchi. Love it!

Survived shipping without issue. Glad it contains absolutely no junk and in fact has just a single ingredient: short grain sweet rice flour. It does have 25 grams of carbs per 3 tablespoon serving, but that's not surprising. Product of the USA.

Mochiko Sweet Rice Flour is a patented brand of glutinous rice that is sold by Koda Farms. This is a very sticky rice that is ideal for various desserts like mochi, Mochiko ice cream, sesame balls, brownies, cakes, and others.In most cases, you can also use glutinous rice flour for similar results. The primary difference is Mochiko is made by Koda Farms in California using short grain rice while the other uses long grain rice from various countries most likely from Thailand.

Bug infested
Went to make a Halloween treat for my kids and found bugs doing the backstroke in my mixing bowl when I poured this in (this was the first ingredient). Would give a zero if I could.
