Was satisfied with the amount and the flavor of this jerky.The flavor varieties based on styles found in various cities sounds promising, and I can confirm that the Buffalo flavor is accurate to buffalo wings and makes a decent and less messy snack for work break alongside carrot sticks and celery.

I previously tried this company's maple burnt ends, which I really enjoyed. But figured I'd try these as a more traditional, leaner jerky option for my 'on the go' snack collection. You receive two individually sealed bags, with each bag being 8oz.Flavor / TextureThese have traditional jerky texture -- long strands that are firm and chewy, but not overly dry or salty. The owner notes they dreamed up this option based on being a fan of buffalo chicken wings, and that really is spot on when it comes to the flavor. If you enjoy buffalo chicken flavor, you'll most likely be a fan of this offering. It's like a chicken wing in jerky form, including a little spiciness that is definitely prominent, but not overpowering. Ingredients seemed pretty straightforward, and appreciate that they are made in the USA!My bags note that they are good until 9/2025 unopened. Once opened, the instructions note to consume within three days. I don't usually go through jerky that quick, so in the future may seek out smaller serving bags, if available. But if looking for a healthy portion of lean protein with a buffalo chicken flavor, I'd recommend giving these a try.

Does not taste as good as it looks. Not worth it! No flavor.

When these arrived I didn't realize they had blue cheese in them. I know that blue cheese is a staple for buffalo wings, but I'm not a fan. However, I decided to put on my big boy pants and give this jerky a try anyway. Boy am I glad that I did! The flavor of the jerky is fantastic. The heat could be better, but I think the heat is just enough to allow for enjoyment of a wider breadth of people. The consistency of the jerky is really good and overall seems to be high quality meat. The price is a little high, but it is inline with most craft jerky prices. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone that is a fan of buffalo wings and jerky; it makes for an excellent combination.

This jerky might have potential, but definitely needs work in my opinion. The majority of the pieces were rock hard and overly dehydrated. Virtually no tender sections. When I did manage to find a few sections that were chewable, and still a farcey from tender, they were extremely dry, and the blue cheese flavor tasted a bit off, like old blue cheese. Or maybe it's ranch? But old ranch? Either way, it had a funk to it, and not in a good way. The Buffalo flavoring in it was pretty okay, but again, overall this jerky wasn't even as good as the grocery store stuff. I was going to leave a lower rating, but honestly the beef stick that came with it was delicious. Very soft, tender, flavorful, and whike just a tad too spicy for my preferences to buy again, I'd definitely try their other flavors because that was super good.

Yummy! Taste really good with some pieces having a little more (I'd say) spicy heat than others. Or maybe it was, the more I ate the more spicy heat my tongue felt. Some of the bigger pieces had spots that were really hard to chew...the smaller pieces were very tender and delicious...I mean, it was all delicious and bursting with yummy flavor...I know when it comes to jerky you'll get pieces that are hard to chew every once in a while but there seemed to be a lot more with this. Maybe that's because it's chicken and not beef like I usually eat for jerky...I don't know. But, this chicken jerky isn't bad at all and I like how each piece was just bursting with that delicious taste of zesty, tangy, buffalo with a hint of spiciness. What more can I say other then, SO YUMMY and SO DELICIOUS! You have to try it at least once.

I'm not a huge fan of Buffalo style things, but this was a nice flavor. However the star of the show was the extra beef stick sample they included. That had to be the best beef stick I've ever tasted, and I'd most definitely buy that, so it's a good thing they let me sample it. The Buffalo flavored jerky was great though, but would probably choose another flavor next time since it's not my favorite.
