A fun and powerful way to train at home.
I didn't expect to like this sack so much. It is resistant, easy to inflate with the included pump and perfect for releasing stress while I do cardio. I use it almost every day and it has improved my physical condition a lot. Ideal for those of us who train at home without much space.

Comfortable
Easy to set up and gloves are quite comfortable. You do have to fill it with quite a lot of water, so I recommend you to bring the hose to where you want this to be set at, because it does get heavy. This is best for anyone 5'5 or shorter. Good quality leather as well.

It works great for casual workouts
I recently got this Heavy Punching Bag with Stand, and overall, I’m pretty happy with it! The 70” freestanding design makes it great for both adults and teens, and it’s surprisingly stable once filled properly. The included boxing gloves are a nice touch, the punching bag is quite stable if inflated properly. The electric air pump makes inflating quick and easy, but you may need to top it off occasionally.It’s a solid option for fitness training, MMA, or boxing practice, though serious fighters might prefer something heavier. For casual workouts and stress relief, though, it’s perfect!

Never even got to use it!!
I bought this for myself and my boyfriend and we just got the room cleaned up to make our workout room. I added 200 lbs of sand in the bottom and then when I went to put air in the top part, the air immediately started leaking out. I believe I should get a full refund since we were just able to set it up, but it’s past our return date for it.

Great temporary punching bag
This is a great temporary punching bag - temporary, meaning, it will be easy to deflate and package up when needed. Sturdy and holds up with all of the punching my teen boys provide. We used water in the base (you can hear water moving around with each kick/hit to the bag), but it stays up as it should). Easy to move around as needed as well. Giving it 4 stars because we have to blow it up constantly to bring it back to a firm state...for some reason, it doest not seem to be holding air as well as it should (maybe we have a small leak?). Overall, a great product and we recommend.

Good product
Good product, my son is very happy, he uses it a lot in his free time and trains a lot. The best thing is that it is easy to assemble and comes with everything you need to inflate it. Very good material.

It was great for a few weeks, now it won't stay inflated. I wouldn't recommend this for adults.
