Excellent speedy service and would buy from again, great battery and I now can travel a lot further, the only thing I would advice is that be careful when you are going uphill not to lean backwards as the weight of this battery plus your weight could make your mobility scooter topple backwards, very please with this battery and with this seller.

Absolutely awful. Batteries wouldn't charge, and when i made a complaint i was told the Batteries would be collected, tested and a replacement made i still have them here. No one collected them and i heard nothing more about them. Do not waste your money.

Fitted fine and ready to go, only downside for me was that there was zero accompanying paperwork; warranty, spec sheets etc, I’m taking these abroad and they always ask at airports for the paperwork, well packaged box but a receipt would be good??

I ordered this bigger battery to replace my smaller oneAs I live in a hilly area and my old battery used to struggle inclinesIt doesn’t make it go any faster but it does go farther and goes up in inclines better and lasts longer before needing rechargingMy only disappointment is I haven’t received my vat relief back yet even though I emailed the company and filled the vat form out

Delivered promptly, but the battery never worked. Arrived covered in dust, so had to be wiped down. Charging battery made no difference, it cannot hold a charge. Now trying to return it, but so far refused a refund or return. Mobility scooter repair company checked the battery and found it was wired internally incorrectly and the casing was cracked. The battery blew the fuse on the charger and damaged the scooter - dangerous.

Came on time in a very sturdy box. Charged it up overnight , good to go. Haven't took it on long journeys yet so don't know how long charge will last . But I haven't had to charge it yet since getting it
