Q: Are these veggie sticks baked or fried?

I don't think they are fried. Not greasy. Cruncy like some air fried snacks and food. I like the chips better than the sticks.

Q: Are they hard to bite or chew on? good health veggie stix are not(reason why i love them),and i'd like to know if these would be similar.thank you .

They are not hard to bite or chew as they are airy. They are as crunchy as a regular potato chip. Very good. Low in calories.
