I really liked the product I see the changes in hair growth, after the wash I see a bit of hair fall but I see a lot of hair growth

Used this product about a month and I have new hair growth. Relieved to know as a woman that hair fall out has greatly reduced and I will not go bald.

Very disappointed
I’ve brought Batana hair oils from herbal shops or Afro Caribbean shops and at first glance of this product I knew it wasn’t 100% natural. Real 100% unrefined Batana Oil is not smooth like cream that absorbs into the skin, it’s more of a thick greasy texture which melts on skin contact and sets hard when chilled, this product is definitely not the real deal. I’m very careful what I consume inside and outside my body and I 100% don’t trust this product and refuse to use this product. I have someone who works for Citizens Advice consumer helpline and will be in contact with them shortly and will be posting the product to them.
