Electric Motorised TV Ceiling Bracket Compatible with most 32" - 55" LCD/LED TVS up to Mount Size 400x400

Most of the reviews on here are for the older model, with the belt drive. This is for the new type with the linear actuator ram. It works flawlessly, using either the remote control or Alexa, It is faster than the older type, taking about 28 seconds to raise or lower, up or down take the same time, suggesting that the actuator has plenty of power. All the cables go into the ceiling just behind the bracket making a very neat solution. Everyone who has seen it has been impressed by it. My only criticism is that the Alexa command "Alexa set motorized tv solution to up/down" is a bit longwinded

A bit slow coming down or up, but, does the job and certainly is a great space saver. In our 255cm ceiling height bedroom it places the TV at an excellent viewing height and angle (both are adjustable to some extent and the angle can be saved to the remote so that it always folds out to that angle). Ours is sited over the bottom half of the bed and as it doesn't therefore interfere with any movement around the room in practise it is left down most of the time. For us, that it takes a minute or so to fold up/down isn't really an issue. It is heavy and a bit of a pain to install. I glued and screwed an 18mm MDF "plate" onto the ceiling first which made it easier to site it exactly where it would work best rather than where there happened to be available joists to screw it into. This is the second one we've had, the first one stopped working after about 18 months, the warranty had expired, this one is still going after a couple of years.

I had a little trouble with my first one. I needed to be reset daily to function, however this was replaced and works fantastic, thankyou

Sturdy. Had it 6 months almost now and it doesn't miss a beat. Could be faster but safety is more important I guess in many circumstances. I used different bolts for my project, but the ones provided should be fine for most applications

The media could not be loaded. Fantastic bit of kit really easy to set up and works flawlessly 10/10

I wasn't sure about getting something like this but the layout of my daughters room didn't really leave any other options for mounting a TV without rearranging the room.I'm so glad i got it the TV is now out of the way when she isn't watching and essentially isn't taking up any space and no need to rearrange any furniture.Only one small issue the mains adapter that came with it didn't work but one message to the seller and a replacement adapter was sent incredibly quickly excellent customer service.Also it isn't specifically mentioned any where but this does support Vesa 100x100 just note these holes are slightly smaller than all the others but i didn't have any trouble with the bolts going through also there is plenty of adjustment to get the TV placed just right and square.I'm really pleased with it I know others have commented about it being slow i timed it from closed to fully open in about 50s. I would recommend it if your struggling for space for a traditional wall mount.

After a few months it would only unfold an inch or two before freezing. I contacted the supplier who sent reset instructions to me. It worked again for a few weeks but I now have to get a step ladder and reset it practically every time I use it. It is so inconvenient as to be useless. A manual system would be easier and less hassle.
