What kind of liver is this?

This is made from pork liver; both the can I have and the photos of the product show this ingredient on the label.

What are the ingredients, also the fat, carbs, proteins per gram and calories?

Ingredients: Pork fat, water, pork pork liver, sodium caseinate, salt, spice, onion, sodium nitrate. "Contains milk." Both my can of this product and the images show this. Nutrition info is also in product images.

Can this be mixed with rice or pasta and served hot?

Anything could be mixed that way. But this is liverwurst; I'm unaware of anyone ever using it in this manner. However, it is delicious on a good piece of bread.

whats the un-opened shelf life of this product?

Unopened, 6-12 months on almost every can I've bought. I did get a few that were 13-15 months. They don't last that long at my house. I can't comment on opened cans. I never have leftovers.
