Good Price, Clean and Sleek Design, BUT it does not come with a long enough panel to fit into a sliding glass door, which is shocking. It really limits the use for these types of units in many homes where someone would want to put this. I ended up just cutting some cardboard to extend the panel as i could not find a third party unit that would fit it. Another negative is the seemingly proprietary design. Universal hoses and panels to lengthen or extend do not seem to fit this unit.This is the biggest flaw with the unit, otherwise, functions amazing

I just received the 12000 BTU Air conditioner and I really like it, but it only functions on "Low" mode.When trying to increase the mode to Medium or High, it doenst allow me to.I think there might be a defect?It cools the room wonderfully on Low but I would like to be able to increase it

Because all three windows are west suntanned, so I bought 12000 BTU for my 300 sq ft room. In fact, it works well after I use it 2 months. It cool fast and has low noise......3 experiences:1) When you buy any portable A/C, you need buy an extra wrap for the hose because it turns hot when unit works.2) Make the hose higher than the outlet, otherwise rainwater will pour back into the unit.3) Buy an additional activated carbon filter screen and put it into filter area will purify the air of your room.PS., I didn't rate the remote control just because I didn't use it,

Works and cools. Purchased through Amazon warehouse as condition "used -very good-small cosmetic imperfection on bottom or back of item. Item will come in original packaging. Packaging will be damaged. However when the item was received it was in original packaging with large hole in the side of the box... never opened or used however the side of the plastic unit is cracked and pushed in. In order to use this a/c unit, the side had to pried out of the inside of the unit. Unit still works but definitely is discouraging. Very dissatisfied with Amazons description of unit. The weight of the item is to heavy for us to transport to a UPS store to return it but "BEWARE” of Amazon's warehouse items.

It works great but the window installation is not easy. The remote does not work well with the unit. The commands you give the remote do not always synced with what the unit does. Over all happy with my purchase.
