Cured so many problems
This tool solved so many of my problems, tracked down E-brake issues and read my engine codes to the T. So many Updates available. I haven't made a key, but hopefully it works when I'm ready to use it

Great scanner
It works great tons of options but unfortunately the ones i need don’t work for my car only for 2017 and up (but the other functions works fine), but i recommend it if u need a nice scanner

Pretty good scanner at this price point
It has some great features but also definitely has some areas of improvement. I have direct experience with manufacturer level OE LET (line end tool) and diagnostic scanners. Here is the bad on this scanner. The overall feel of this scanner is kind of cheap. It's all hard plastic with no rubberized edges for fall or shock absorption. The cord, though adequate in length, would be nice if it was longer. The cord is also sheathed in a harder plastic-y insulation material making it rather stiff and more difficult to work with. The OBD2 dongle itself feels lower quality plastic. It does not come with any type of case for long term storage. It has no buttons so it's limited to touch screen inputs only. The user manual is definitely lacking, mine came with what was called a "manual" but is just a quick-start guide. Despite the lack of a good manual the device is pretty user-friendly and not all that complicated to figure out.The good and the reason I purchased this was because of the amount of features you get for the price point. Diagnostic scanners in the sub $200 range are a myriad of compromises. This scanner will scan 6 modules plus allow you to do to 7 reset features. This pretty much covers all the bases for your everyday backyard mechanic/DIY'er and offers more for your $$ than other scanners in the same price range. This scanner also doesn't require any type of subscription to access the features and has free lifetime updates.I've already used this scanner to diagnose an issue on my girlfriends Nissan Rogue. It was having intermittent issues and this scanner allowed me to see that it was an electrical/communication issue and not an issue with vehicle sensors. This saved me time and money as the issue it was causing was similar to failing crank sensor issue. While the scanner did not exactly pinpoint where the issue was I knew where to look. I started going through the electrical system, battery, fuses, relays, and wiring. Lo and behold I found an old tracking device leftover from the car being a fleet vehicle. The tracking device was causing a a bad ground. Once removed, the car is functioning properly now.

Friendly seller
This product doesn’t support VIN rewriting so I had to return it. Amazon store for dropping off this item is very far from me. After communicating with this seller, the seller just placed full refund to me. Such a friendly seller.

Very difficult to use
Typical Chinese crap! Instruction manual is a joke. Very little information, no explaination of ports or identification of how to use these ports.

Couldn’t Auto VIN or reset SAS. Clunky
Slow, clunky and cheap feeling as I expected at this price point and would have accepted. Bought it primarily to reset my Steering Angle Sensor on 2003 GMC Yukon Denali XL as my other scanners didn’t have this capability. No dice as picture shows (if you can even interpret what that means). It’s not like there are menu options of Smart Diagnosis or Traditional Diagnosis or Special Function.I did connect to wifi and update everything relevant and no improvement. Also really looked forward to auto-vin but it claims that my ‘03 doesn’t support that but not sure if that is true. Even more annoying is that when you type in the VIN it recognizes the year make & model but then proceeds to ask a bunch of annoying inputs… manual or auto (manual ‘03 Yukon Denali doesn’t exist), what kind of transfer case (they were all the same), what kind of radio (geez I just want to investigate a steering code), is climate control 2-zone auto or 2-zone manual (it’s 3-zone auto but thanks for asking), GVW (it’s asks this same question TWICE during the different points of the interrogation). And no option like my other scanner to save the vehicle so as I’m playing with different things off the main menu I had to deal with this over and over again. Frustrating. It was able to show me that my steering angle was off 8 degrees and that my wheel speed sensors all read the same and good, hence 2 stars. Also just for laughs I investigated a few different features like the OBD2 mode for oxygen sensors. It showed I had 2 failed sensors (untrue) despite no check engine light and it’s own reading coming back within the standard range it lists (had to click to next screen to get that detail on the alleged failure). So you risk changing good parts if you rely on this unit. And finally when I selected to reset to factory defaults prior to returning it did a reset but then got stuck on the wifi network list page. Hitting the back button stated “you are already on the first page”. I couldn’t get off that screen no matter what- tried unplugging, replugging, etc.Not worth the frustration and couldn’t do what I bought it to do. I’ll have to spend more for something better.
