I have been taking both of these supplements, so it was nice to find them in a package together. Both good items - one helping a bit in digestion and elimination to avoid puffiness, the other helping to control vaginal environment and odors. Would definitely recommend both products, although I do alternate them every other day rather than taking them together, to avoid overloading my system, and with plenty of water because it is a powder capsule and needs to dissolve to work.

I am in my 50’s and use this to supplement my women’s health routine. Good to know that they come in a bundle. I think the price is reasonable. I have seen a difference in a short time. I’ll keep using these products.
