Outdoor Cooking with Edye: Featuring the Omnia Oven

I had purchased another cookbook on the Omnia that was terrible and nigh unusable. I kept bemoaning the fact that there weren't any others on the market. And then I found this one, bought it, and THEN figured out that it was written by the same cook whose YouTube videos had convinced me to buy an Omnia in the first place. I had just been saying that I wish she had written a cookbook, and well, she had, and it was in my house already.Her recipes seem to be easy, are appealing, and the instructions are clear. The photos are nice. In a brilliant move, each recipe has a QR code with it that points to the video of how to make that dish. That is the best idea, and more authors should do this.I have previously made the deconstructed chicken pot pie (with a few minor modifications for convenience, like starting with canned chicken instead of raw), and it was fantastic.

Edye's book hits hard with GREAT recipes for the Omnia oven that are interesting and worthy of making. No oddball recipes here - I am interested in making them all (unlike other Omnia cookbooks that have have weird recipes I'll never make). I love how she includes wine and beer pairings with each recipe, and several martini cocktail recipes at the end for an added bonus. The book is nicely laid out and has color pictures. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I just got my Omnia oven and among my purchased accessories I got the Outdoor Cooking with Edye cook book and it does not disappoint. The recipes are clear and easy to follow with very accessible ingredients. My first attempt was the Condensed Milk Cake which turned out PERFECT! I highly recommend the book as a must have with Omnia.I also recommend the authors accompanying YouTube channel “Little House of Beans” which sold me on the oven in the first place and also provides a wonderful array of recipes.

This book starts out super cute, and has Savory dishes, Sweet dishes, and even drink suggestions (and inventions) to go along with them! Perfectly made for the Omnia Oven already (yay no more conversions), and there are many *super unique and fun* dishes in there that everyone will be craving! I wouldn't be surprised if the Omnia even gets pulled out at the house just to make some of these during "backyard campout nights"! OH!!! AND, there is a QR code for every single recipe that goes straight to a video of Edye making the meal herself! Talk about the easy button!! Thanks for doing such an amazing job on this book and the recipies!

This is a pretty good cookbook for he Omnia but I am disappointed there is no recipe for the muffins on the cover.

Even if I never cooked a single recipe, I am in love with this book. It's enjoyable to read, the pictures are helpful.I have been stumbling along with my omnia oven for a while. Edye has given me the courage to break out and experiment!So, thank you

I love my Omnia but could not find a companion cookbook with recipes that we would like. Having enjoyed Edye’s YouTube videos I was THRILLED that she’s created this cookbook! It’s beautiful with easy to follow recipes. Thank you Edye!!

The media could not be loaded. Wow! I love my Omnia Oven and have been a fan of Edie Beans’ Omnia Oven recipe videos, but this book is TRULY my most favorite Omnia Oven accessory so far! The book has 100 recipes (with picture) including wine, beer, coffee, and bread parings as appropriate AND my favorite part is there’s QR code to the VIDEO for each of the recipes! Thank you Edye for making camper cooking with the Omnia so much easier for me ☺️
