Does the job
It does the job as a preworkout, however doesn’t contain any creatine. Flavor is decent, I have been stacking it with other supplements so I can’t claim for sure 100% but I haven’t had too much of an issue with other preworkouts like this one after your workout make sure you are prepared for some quality toilet time. If you’re used to strong preworkouts this one is kinda mild.
