I ordered a size large, this waste band didn't work? I had a small one. It is stiff and uncomfortable. I really needed it, but had to buy other brands.

This is the tightest one I have ever wore. The first day I was disappointed feeling like it was a bit too tight, but it seems like I got used to it, now I love it.I have used several kinds and this is the one that makes me feel out of breath, but material is strong and nice. Size up of you don’t want ultra extreme compression.

This was my first waist trainer and I’m in love. Awesome back support and very comfortable. Fits true to size. I’m 5’3 113 lbs and the small was perfect.

I purchased this product for the purpose of wanting to have compression on my belly but it is not what I thought it would be. It is painful how it sits on you, the elastic had a smell to it that wasn’t pleasant and it didn’t seem sturdy if it was washed. Wouldn’t by it again. Actually returned it for a refund.
