I would have given 5 stars except it was missing the ribbon! It states in the description it has a ribbon, it wasn't sent, therefore 2 stars.

Scissors are good, just no ribbon
The scissors are beautiful and perfect, however, ribbon was not included as the description indicates. Shipping was great, the scissors would work for another ribbon cutting ceremony and are very durable.
