I bought this product on June 26, 2016 with a 4 year warranty. Why cant i contact the seller to send me a new one?

If you buy two, can they be paired together? Can one phone link to two speakers for more sound?

I'm pretty sure you can't use two together. I know some of the newer Bluetooth can link with more than one device at a time. So it depends on the phone.

Can I connect this speaker to my Sonos system wirelessly?

Hey Paula, this speaker can't bluetooth streamly connect with Sonos.

Does it have a hook or strap for carrying?

Sorry, but i received mine today and no carry strap or place on speaker to hook it ! Charging and aux cord only ,I read this answered question before purchasing . Would have added much to it . No carry or hanging strap!
