Love it !
The media could not be loaded. I am glad I came across this product and bought it. I had ordered it on 28th Sept and got delivered today on 9th Oct. It took less than a minute to install and the water flow you can see is awesome, I am so much satisfied already wasn’t expecting it to run so well. I will highly recommended it to everyone as it is a must buy. And worth your every penny.

Excellent shower head
Color is exactly what I was looking for to match rest of the accessories for my washroom. Would be able to appreciate change in water quality only after a few days to weeks of usage.

The shower filter does not open.
The shower head and the bottom half is stuck and can’t be dissembled. So I can’t replace the cartridge.I’ve asked for a replacement, and nothing has changed. I will return it again and ask for a refund.Never buying from this manufacturer again.

Great product, Better customer support
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this product 1.5 months back, the experience has been great, water in my society has odour or has some murkiness to it. After using the water science filter, the water feels soft, odourless and clean.After 1 month, the filter broke unexpectedly and the beads leaked into the shower-head, which ended up clogging it. I raised this to the customer support which they responded back to in less than 12 hours and arranged for a product replacement. The support was really helpful.Pros- ease of installation- works as advertised- great customer supportCons- filter quality can be improved to handle higher water pressure (my assumption of why my filter broke)- Shower-head isn’t metal/stainless stealGiving 4 stars for now, will update to 5 after 6 months of use.

Good quality and easy to install
Easy to install and the water output is good. Will have to check long term performance but with filter back flushing at some interval, it should not be an issue.
