Been taking these for nearly a month now and I’ve noticed improvement in my sleep. I take them about 30 minutes before getting into bed, and I fall asleep fast and rarely wake up any in the middle of the night. I wake up the next morning feeling refreshed. Also, the gummies taste good as well. I could eat way more than two at once but I would probably sleep for days!

Advertised as a sleep aid, well it doesn't. I wanted to try sometime other than Melatonin and after looking at options decided to try this. It actually kept me awake rather than helping to sleep. Was hoping it would work so I would have an alternate but sadly it didn't work for me. The taste is not like other gummies not horrible and not extremely pleasant either. So, the taste was not a factor in my rating it was basically the inability to help in sleeping. It might work well for someone else. Returning this item was not an option though after contacting an Amazon associate through the Chat window I was able to get a refund onto my account. I'll be throwing this product out.

I purchased the daily energy gummies and they are tangy & sweet and give me the perfect boost before the gym! They can be used for anything where you may need that something extra to push you through your day 😄They’re sugar free too and use all natural ingredients - YUM!

Well that was not a good use of a couple hours of work but no big deal a yummy pricey snack I guess.
